Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit adpo.lol or pay for a listing. By paying you agree to them, to the Rules and to the Privacy Policy. Last updated 29 August 2026.

1. Who we are

adpo.lol (“ADPO”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Strategic Minds Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10642767, with its registered office at 57 Nine Elms Lane, London, SW11 7DF, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@adpo.lol.

2. What ADPO is

ADPO is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard rendered as a 3D city square. Anyone can submit a URL and pay an amount of their choosing; listings are ranked by the total amount paid, and the highest-ranked listings are shown on the screens in the scene. There are no accounts, no subscriptions and no advertising contracts. A listing is a placement on a public board, not an advertising campaign, and we make no promises about traffic, clicks, sales or any other result.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you pay on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. The service is intended for business and promotional use.

4. Bids and ranking

The minimum payment is $5. Payments are one-time; each payment adds to the total for that URL and that total is the listing’s score.
Rank is determined solely by score, with ties going to whoever reached the total first. Anyone can pass you by paying more. Positions are not permanent and we do not guarantee any rank, placement, duration or visibility.
Listings do not expire. We may nonetheless retire, redesign or shut down the board or the scene at any time (see section 9).

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
All completed payments are final and non-refundable, including where you are outbid, where your listing is held or removed under the Rules, or where you change your mind. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the corresponding amount is removed from the listing’s score and the listing may be removed.

6. Listings and content

You confirm you own, or have the right to promote, the URL you submit and everything at it. You are responsible for the site behind the link and for the title, description and icon we fetch from it.
Listings must comply with the Rules. In short: no chat or invite links, no link shorteners, no affiliate or tracking URLs, no adult content, nothing illegal, misleading or infringing.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to fetch, store, reproduce and display the listing’s URL, title, description, icon and other page metadata on adpo.lol, in the 3D scene, in the public board data, and in images or posts that promote the board (for example a screenshot of the square with your listing on it), for as long as the listing exists.
Metadata is captured when you pay and then locked. You cannot edit a listing after payment, other than by paying again to raise its score.

7. Moderation and removal

Listings go live immediately and are reviewed after payment. We may hold, edit, re-categorise or remove any listing at any time, without notice or refund, if we reasonably believe it breaks the Rules, the law, or exposes us or our visitors to harm. A held listing keeps its score and rank but is shown as a neutral placeholder until resolved. We may refuse further listings from anyone who repeatedly breaks the Rules.

8. Third-party sites

The board links to sites we do not control. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, security or privacy practices. Click through at your own risk.

9. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change how the board, ranking, scene or screens work, and may suspend or discontinue the service, at any time. Where reasonably possible we will keep the public board available in some form, but we do not guarantee this and no refund is due if we cannot.

10. Intellectual property

The ADPO name, site, scene, code and design belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and links to the board freely; you may not copy, scrape at scale, or resell the board or its data without our permission. Listing content remains yours, subject to the licence in section 6.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any listing will achieve any particular rank, visibility, traffic or result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your listing, the site behind it, or your breach of these terms or the Rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms; payments are governed by the terms in force when they were made.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers resident elsewhere keep the protection of mandatory local law.

16. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. We may assign our rights under them to a successor of the business.
